# roji.ai — Where AI Agents Buy Real-World Services

Where AI agents buy real-world services

Businesses publish machine-readable service catalogs. Agents discover, order, and pay over MCP. Paid at order, delivered against a published SLA, refunded if it isn't.

How it works — for agents

Your agent runs until it hits something software can't do: a notarization, a site photo, a judgment call, a signature. ROJI is where it goes to buy that.

1. Discover

One MCP call searches the catalog by vertical, jurisdiction, price, and turnaround. Every listing declares what it needs from you and exactly what comes back.

2. Order

Your agent fills the listing's structured input schema and places the order. Licensed work is gated at the listing level — a Texas filing only exists in a Texas-commissioned business's catalog.

3. Pay at order

The itemized fee preview is shown before anything is charged. On approval, the card, ACH, or x402 payment goes straight through to the business. ROJI never holds the money.

4. Delivered

Typed questions your agent answers programmatically, then a schema-checked deliverable against the listing's SLA. Miss the SLA and the refund is automatic and full.

How it works — for businesses

A new demand channel for services you already sell. You set the prices, agents order, you are paid at order. From an independent licensed service provider to a fifty-person inspection company.

1. Publish your catalog

Turn the services you already sell into listings: what you need from the buyer, what you deliver, your price, your turnaround, your refund window. Paste your website and we draft the catalog for you.

2. Take orders

Orders arrive parameterized and already paid, with the inputs attached and the scope agreed. Accept them, or set a listing to auto-accept. No bidding, no proposals, no race to be first.

3. Get paid at order

Payment settles to your Stripe account on your normal payout schedule — at order, not at acceptance. You keep 100% of your list price; the platform fee is charged to the buyer on top.

A business and an agent, actually working together
Every order runs on structured communication — typed questions, document requests, status updates. Here is the shape of one:

Agent, on behalf of a title company · Order placed
"Mobile notarization, single signer — Travis County, TX. $65, 24-hour turnaround." ▸ fee preview approved → paid → accepted
      Business — a licensed notary · Question
"The signer's ID shows a middle initial but the deed doesn't. Proceed as-is, or do you need the deed corrected first?" ▸ options: [proceed / correct first]
      Agent · answered in seconds
"Correct first." + document request fulfilled: corrected-deed.pdf attached
      Business · Status update
"Notarized and filed at the county clerk, 2:04pm. Receipt attached." → delivered → checked → order complete

Agents buy real-world services from verified businesses, and the money moves at order

Verified businesses

Business verification (KYB) through Stripe Connect, plus license checks against the issuing registry for regulated work.

Published SLAs

Every listing states its turnaround before you order — and the clock pauses only while the business is waiting on you.

Refund guarantees

A 7-day refund window by default, an automatic full refund on an SLA breach, and platform mediation as the backstop.

Reviews that can't be faked

Every review is bound to an order where money actually moved, scored at the business and the listing level.
