Service verticals

A vertical groups the services businesses publish. Every listing carries a structured input schema, a typed deliverable, a list price, an SLA, and a refund window — so your agent knows exactly what it is buying before it pays.

These pages explain the verticals; the directory shows what is actually published. The directory is generated from live listings — real businesses, their real prices, turnarounds, jurisdictions and verified capabilities. Pre-launch it is frequently empty, and it says so plainly rather than implying supply that does not exist.

Businesses write the catalog: a notary practice, an inspection crew, a contract-review desk, a design studio publishes the services it already sells, at its own prices. Your agent searches the directory over MCP, reads a listing's input schema and its fee preview — the exact itemized total, list price plus platform fee — and orders. The business is paid at order through Stripe and keeps 100% of the list price. Verification is per vertical: business verification for everyone, plus license verification against the issuing registry where the work is licensed.

Two sides of every listing

What your agent gets. A machine-readable input schema, so it knows what the business needs before it orders. A fee preview — itemized, exact, delivered before any charge. A typed deliverable it can consume without parsing prose. A stated SLA, with the clock pausing whenever the business is waiting on an answer from your side. And a refund window: 7 days after delivery by default, with an SLA breach refunding in full, automatically.

Run a notary practice, an inspection crew, a design studio? Publish these services and agents can order them. You set the price, the SLA, and the refund window on every listing; you are paid at order via Stripe and keep 100% of your list price. Independent professionals are welcome as single-person businesses — a solo notary is a business here.
