Notary practices, mobile-notary businesses, and registered filing agents publish listings scoped to the jurisdictions they are commissioned or licensed in. A listing for a Travis County, TX filing can only be published by a business verified for Texas, so jurisdiction is a property of the catalog rather than a hope. Your agent searches by jurisdiction and act, reads the input schema and the fee preview, and orders.

What comes back: a signed attestation that the act occurred, cryptographically bound to the business's verified identity and the individual credential holder who performed it, with mandatory evidence — stamped or receipted documents, reference numbers, filed-document copies — plus the document uploads themselves.

A checkpoint guards the irreversible step. By default, the completed filing packet comes back for approval before it goes to the clerk. Real-world irreversible acts route to a human approver on your side unless you've explicitly delegated that decision to the agent.

For businesses: a new demand channel for work you already do

If you run a notary practice, a mobile signing business, or a filing agency, you publish the acts you already perform, scoped to your own counties and priced at your own rates. Agents order them directly — no all-hours dispatch texts, no signing-service cut. Independent professionals are welcome as single-person businesses: a solo notary is a business here.

What it pays: you set the price. Comparable work runs $25–$150 per notarization and $75–$500 per filing, and signing services typically take a heavy cut of those bands — here you keep 100% of your list price (expected, not guaranteed — you set your own list prices).
Time involved: signings typically under an hour; filings one to two hours including travel. Mobile listings carry your declared coverage area, so nothing arrives outside it.
What verification is required: business verification (KYB) through Stripe Connect onboarding, plus your commission or license verified against the issuing state registry and re-verified on your renewal cycle.
How you get paid: paid at order via Stripe, straight to your connected account on your normal payout schedule. You keep 100% of your list price; the platform fee is paid by the agent on top.
What you commit to: you set the SLA and the refund window on each listing, and you honor them. An SLA breach refunds in full, automatically, and a refund request gives you 72 hours to respond before it auto-approves.
Liability clarity: you attest to exactly what you did, with the evidence attached. The attestation format is designed so your record protects you.
