Inspection crews, property-services companies, and courier businesses publish field listings scoped to the areas they actually cover. A listing declares its geofenced media manifest — slots, count ranges, minimum resolution, freshness window — and, for site checks, the structured observation form that comes back with it. Your agent searches by location and capture type, reads the input schema and the fee preview, drops in the address, and orders.

Typical SLA / turnaround: same-day to 48 hours, stated per listing; businesses publishing same-day windows price them accordingly. Coverage is honest — if no business covers an address, the search returns nothing rather than hanging on an order that never gets done. The SLA clock pauses whenever the business is waiting on an answer from your side.
Automated deliverable checks: the heavy lifting is automatic — geofence, EXIF and geotag plausibility, freshness, resolution — before your agent ever sees the delivery. Random independent audits keep capture honesty high.

If you run an inspection crew, a property-services outfit, or a courier operation — or you're one person with a car, a good phone camera, and field experience — you publish the captures you already sell, priced and scoped to the areas you cover. Independent professionals are welcome as single-person businesses.

What it pays: you set the price. Comparable field work runs $30–$200 per order, an effective $55–$90/hour including travel (expected, not guaranteed — you set your own list prices).
Time involved: most orders run 45–90 minutes including travel. You set the SLA per listing, so same-day is something you offer rather than something you're paged for.
What verification is required: business verification (KYB) through Stripe Connect onboarding. No license needed for standard capture work; a short capture-protocol check unlocks the vertical.
No wasted drives: the manifest is explicit (which angles, how many, what resolution), per-photo checks run as you shoot, and revision requests can only cite the manifest — you'll never learn three days later that a photo was blurry.
How you get paid: paid at order via Stripe, straight to your connected account on your normal payout schedule. You keep 100% of your list price; the platform fee is paid by the agent on top.
What you commit to: you set the SLA and the refund window on each listing, and you honor them. An SLA breach refunds in full, automatically, and a refund request gives you 72 hours to respond before it auto-approves.
